Are couture and made-to-order items refundable?
Due to the customized nature of couture and made-to-order pieces, these items are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Once production has begun, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Any requests must be submitted as soon as possible and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are alterations included?
Minor alterations are typically included during the fitting process. Any major design changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Do you offer bridal couture services?
Yes. We specialize in couture bridal gowns and offer personalized consultations to design pieces that reflect the bride’s vision and special day.
