1. Order Processing & Production

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order & Haute Couture Pieces: These items are handcrafted upon confirmation. Production timelines vary depending on the design and will be communicated at the time of order or consultation.

Please note that couture and bespoke pieces require additional time due to their handcrafted nature.


2. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations. Availability of international shipping may vary based on location and regulations.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • UAE Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order value

  • Item size and weight

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture is not responsible for delays or charges incurred during customs clearance.


7. Risk & Delivery Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers are advised to ensure accurate delivery details to avoid delays or misdelivery.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processes, courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
