Refund policy

At Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the highest standards of quality. We kindly ask you to review the following Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Haute couture, made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized pieces

  • Bridal gowns and special occasion designs

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Accessories and intimate items, for hygiene reasons

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, please contact Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture at info@hamadalbadiech.com, providing:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days following inspection of the returned item

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund or store credit may be offered at the discretion of Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not entered production or processing. Once production or shipping has commenced, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

9. Store Credit

In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months, as determined by Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture.

10. Policy Amendments

Hamad Albadiech Haute Couture reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
